Will never learn--
Yesterday afternoon a bag was left unattended in Portsmouth bus station which caused the bomb disposal to be called out.

Further to this -- the bus station was evacuated, right next to the bus station is Portsmouth harbour train station also evacuated and trains in and out cancelled,also all ship / ferry traffic in the harbour closed down-- all clear declared at 11p.m

And the bag contained someone personal belongings !!!!!

Should be charged with causing a public nuisance or something
