No TV reception...

Just as Pointless was starting it went off. Three TVs and no channels. The nearest relay is at Headingley and both attic aerials point there. I have taken the portable to the kitchen and pointed its aerial at Wharfedale and can get a weak signal, but that's no surprise as there are hills in the way.

It is either the weather or something is broken.

Freeview reports problems in LS16, my area, and other postcodes served by the Headingley relay. Fortunately I can watch any channel on Freeview Online till things get sorted out. It is not quite the same watching on a laptop but better then nowt.

I did wonder that, Saundra, but it is too local. It is back but patchy.

No doubt the weather will be blamed.

Bilsdale in North Yorkshire had a fire on August 10 and we’ve had no reception of freeview since!! Nor any date for it being fixed.

Fortunately we can watch catch up through iplayer and itv hub and also we have fantastic reception through an old sky box which still works!! It’s been tough for older people who rely on their TVs for company.
