Morning all, it’s a sunny one at the moment.

Me and Joe have got an early start, we’re off to Manchester for a 12.30pm kick off and we’re unsure what the traffic will be like with it being Saturday and people holidaying in the UK. I’m feeling a bit apprehensive about being in a crowd of 75000 but I suppose we’ve got to get on with it haven’t we, this isn’t going anywhere.

Morning all, it’s a wet one here. Edward is up in the attic, where he went in search of our suitcases. “His” side of the attic needs serious tidying and having located the cases, he is now working at clearing the place up. “My” side is very tidy I’m going to have a pedicure at 11am, looking forward to just sitting reading my book. No plan for later, although I know there will be football on!

Enjoy the match Jo, 75000 is a huge crowd, but as you say we have to get on with things, Covid isn't going away any time soon.
Osc the broadband engineer had to go up in our attic yesterday, after he left E decided it was time to go up there himself. He hasn't been able to for well over a year, all considered he said it's in better order than he remembered

Hope Jan is recovering well and is home soon.

Zachery is 17 today, where did all the time go? The only person taller than him in the family is E, doubt he'll grow much more, but Elijah is rapidly catching up and I think he will finish nearer to his Grandad than any of them. Apart from Noah and he will probably have a spurt soon, I'm the smallest

No plans for us, we intend to have a few quiet days before eldest daughter M arrives on Tuesday.

Went to have my haircut this morning but the barber was shut. Have done some shopping and may do some more gardening. Amazing how the weeds grow.
There have been a few spots of rain and there are grey skies.

Summer in Lee celebrations quite a few stalls and for the first time ever a cupcake on the seafront.
