....horse riding for the first time in 31 years!

It was absolutely fantastic.

I have a friend who lives in Alora and she asked if I'd like to go and see her and take her horses out. Hell yes!

We were out for over 3 hours....I'm back now and have a sore butt.

But it was glorious.

I’ve only been horse riding once, with my cousins around the Lickey Hills when we were young teenagers

The only nag I've ever sat on was a donkey on either Rhyl of Bournemouth beach!

It's forty years plus since I had lessons, so I probably would be useless now! My friend Emma's daughter has two horses, she's tried to persuade Em into it, but no luck

If you have not done it for 31 years, and if you did it properly then good luck with those inner thighs when you have to get up to walk again after sitting down for a rest.
