Crommers a week or so ago you mentioned a cream/gel that might help ease my ankle. I did write it down, but can't find it, I'd be grateful if you could remind me, think you said it was available on Amazon.

That's the one. I can't guarantee success Jen, but it has worked on my knee and shoulder; my hip, not so much.

Ria and Crommers thank you. It's worth a try, I'm using voltarol at the moment, but would prefer to use something more natural long term.

Ha ha, in the dance world, it is known as Flexisex I tried it but was extremely allergic.
