Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 02 Dec 2020, 06:46

Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 21 degrees. I needn't have put the duvet on the bed last week as it's been constantly kicked off.

Off for a good stompy walk then back to very happily pootle for the day. Although I do need to nip out to get a few decorations for our tree at work. :x

GB Menu and Masterchef tonight. Marie Carmen dropped in 12 massive eggs yesterday so I'm going to make a Spanish tortilla for dinner. :)

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning and another warm one too 8-)

I will get that ironing done this morning  I popped into Ourique yesterday morning and saw one of the docs, so have different tablets. I'd forgotten, being a holiday, that there was no appointments, just go in and wait.

Chicken and clams for dinner.

Have a good day everyone ,whatever you're doing xx

Morning both.
The sun is just peeping out now, not a bad morning at all.
We need to get some bird food and a duvet cover but that apart it's going to be another long day of doing not very much.
We recorded an episode of Vera last night that was filmed in and around Alnmouth. We have been there on holiday; might watch that this afternoon.
Have a good one everybody.

Morning all, it looks like a nice bright morning out there. Today’s highlight is GOING TO THE HAIRDRESSER :D :D I made the appointment before the lockdown because I knew it would be difficult to get one now. Before that, I want to make some buns which I will ice tomorrow morning - tomorrow Michael and Kellie will decorate our tree and we always have some treats. Also I want to bring books back to the library now that they are open again. First, general tidy around, oh and I’ll be getting my thermals out of the attic, it is forecast to be brrrrrrrr for the next few days.

Morning all :)

Ally that tortilla sounds good, yum! :D xx

Hope you get on well with the new tablets Jan :) xx

Crommers I love the scenery on Vera - the space and the light! Must be my NE roots calling to me ;) xx

Happy Haircut Osc! :Hi: xx

Great news you can get yours cut too now Saundra :D xx

I've been up to the local PO this morning, the queue soon built up behind me, so I timed it well! The queue was outside, and it was one in, one out. Several buses passed me, as full as is allowed, so I expect town will be packed today :?

Am now up at D's :) Ironing is waiting for me later

It's bitter cold here, stay warm everyone!

Love to all :) xx

Morning all :)

Dull and overcast here

Enjoy getting your hair cut Osc and Saundra, my appointment isn't until 15th, but at least I'll look presentable in time for Christmas.
Hope the new tablets help Jan.

It's E's birthday today, he's had a couple of lovely pressies from the girls. Means we'll have to force ourselves to open another bottle of bubbly to have with dinner this evening :D

Hope you all have a good day xx

Happy Birthday to E Jen xx Enjoy the bubbles :D

I've wandered around with my trusty spray and zapped a lot of weds. Done the ironing :Hi: and then pulled out a load of penny royal, by the back terrace. I now smell a bit weird, vinegar and penny royal

Enjoy your haircuts :D

Now going to do not a lot 8-)
