as I'm clearly not fit to be out on my own! I decided to walk into town this lunchtime to get some milk ( big 4-pinter I had in had 'turned') and to draw out some English spending money for Becks, for the airport on the way out and back.............got to the bank in town to discover my debit card for the big joint account was missing Nearly reported it straight away as lost but then remembered the last time I'd used it was in Sainsbury's yesterday.......................the Sainsbury's near here, so the other side of town to where I was
There is another big Sainsbury's however, at the Quays, about ten minutes walk from the bank so I walked up there to ask their Customer Services to ring the Barnwood branch to see if it was handed in. Thankfully it had been handed straight into their Customer Services by the checkout lady!!!! Talk about relief Mick only got paid a few days ago and there is a fair bit of money in that account So then I had to get right across town, to the other Sainsbury's to collect my card, by some milk and finally walk home! I've been out hours longer than I intended and am kream krackered now!!!!
