Roast leg of lamb

Roast potatoes, cauli, green beans, carrots and a rather large leg of lamb, which will be cooked with rosemary (from our pots) and garlic (sadly not from our garden, can never grow them )

Probably be similar tomorrow night too

Fishcakes, mushy peas, 'arf a tomato each, 'arf a baked tattie each, and tartare sauce!

It was an easy one tonight - 100% lean beef burgers, home made wedges and veggies
