Dinner tonight

Chicken and clams 8-)

Normally, the traditional dish is pork and clams, but I really can't get a decent cut of pork, without it either being fatty or gets too dry  But a friend over in Canada, suggested chicken.

Did it a couple of weeks ago, not quite right, so did it again tonight, and much better :Hi: :Hi:

One more tweek though, the clams we get here are frozen   so I'll defrost them next time.

I found a Chinese thing in the freezer, but even after eating it I have no idea what it was supposed to be. For some reason it had chunks of baby corn in it.

I think that I need to label things.
