I put a whole load of black and dark blue items in the wash.

They are now black and dark blue with little white speckles because I did not check the pockets and there was at least one tissue in there.

I will now have to vacuum them once they dry. Thankfully I have a hand vac for those little jobs.

It happens !!

Tissues in the wash happen here on a weekly basis

Thankfully they are all cottons. Had they been woollens they would be for the charity shop to sort out.

That is why I do not use paper hankies.

Happens to us all Frank. I check and double check all my pockets and still end up with a tissue Thankfully the ones I use are fairly firm so don't fluff up everything. Do you have a tumble dryer? If yes put the clothes in there - that may get rid of most of the white specks, no?

Ria, I don't even have a hair dryer - not much hair - but the hand vac has worked.
