When the kitchen has been vacated (which may be soon seeing as the back door keeps being slammed) I'll be making bacon and leek cheesy pasta bake. I might be having poached egg on toast.

A beef casserole that's simmering nicely in the slow cooker :) There are some mushrooms to add in a while, and we'll have mash, carrots and cabbage with it :)
There's loads so it will probably be the same again tomorrow - thankfully both of us are quite happy with the same two days running :)

I made a beef and Guinness casserole on Saturday and we are having part two tonight but with a topping of crushed potatoes and a mix of herbs, cheese and breadcrumbs on top and popped in the oven until lovely :D
