Dinner tonight

I cooked a shoulder of pork a few weeks ago, ( for 4 hours
) with lots of different peppers and other bits. There was too much, so froze a couple of meals.
We're having that tonight, with broccoli, cauli - I need to use them up, before we go shopping tomorrow - and steamed potatoes.
