Suddenly come over all poorly.

It's come on really quickly.

About an hour and a half ago I felt cold. Then a little sicky - as though I was hungry sort of sicky feeling. I went and picked S up from cadets and by the time I got back I felt shaky, sore throat and drained.

I've come to bed with flu plus, a hot drink and a hot water bottle. I'm on holiday until next Monday - I don't want to be ill.

Bb went back out to work about 4.30, a bit later I sat on the sofa intending to watch yesterday's Masterchef but suddenly felt really headachey and tired. I fell asleep for a while, was woken up by 3 big sneezes, felt really groggy and was hot and sweaty; took a double dose of vitamin c, some zinc and 2 paracetmol.
Have made dinner and then watched Masterchef, but kept being either cold or boiling
Shall take some more of everything in a bit then go to bed.

And I can't be ill, I haven't got any Heinz tomato soup After we talked about it last week I checked the cupboard, 'cos I always have an emergency tin, and there it was - expiry date early sometime 2011 I don't go a lot on dates, but it was a long time ago, so I chucked it out!

It must be a bug doing the rounds as i felt rough today
Hot one minute cold the next--splitting headache and general aches all over.
Felt sicky as well so stayed in all day.
Hope to feel better in the morning.
Took paracetamol.

Keep warm, take it easy, and have plenty of hot drinks - and I don't mean the alcoholic sorts.
