We are having cottage pie.

I made the meat part yesterday and am just boiling the potatoes to bung on top. It's a quick turn around tonight - I pick L up from her after school gym club at 4.45pm, need to have a quick catch up with the head, get home, have dinner and then out again by 6.30pm to take S to her army cadets.

So cottage pie is perfect as if Mick doesn't get in until later it will be sat there waiting for him.

We are having tuna steaks done in the George Foreman grill. I have never cooked them before, so we'll have to see if I get the timing right!

We still have half of a lovely garlicky chicken from yesterday, and despite the weather I bought some lovely mixed green salad in town as I really fancy chicken salad tonight   Mick can have jacket potato with his, but the salad will do for me 8-) :D

Tomato soup with chunks of bread in it is my favourite poorly food. Heinz of course.

And when I'm feeling a little better - a mashed potato, fish finger and tomato ketchup sandwich on white bread.

Yum.

Then she obviously has the same taste as me!

Tell her to try mashed potato Brevilles!! Cut the corner off the toastie and squeeze tomato ketchup in. Lush.

Or a sweet Breville. Jam - corner cut off. Squirty cream squirted in!
