I posted last week about my cousin Lindsay going up the The Shard in London. :D

Well..my cousin Victor (Lindsay is his sister) who lives in Toronto, have tonight..as part of his wife Jayne's 30th birthday..gone up the CN Tower.
The views are fantastic.

It's lovely as Jayne's sister Susie and her boyfriend flew over from Glasgow yesterday morning to spend the week with them. :D

I've just googled where Vic and Jayne live (California Condos Toronto.)
It looks a great place to live. :D

As they only moved there last September I'm so happy things seem to be going to plan for them. :D :D

It was Victor's dad whose 65th birthday party mum and dad went to last night. :D :D

(Sorry for waffling.)

Wow, it sounds fantastic Ally, and I'm very glad they are enjoying Toronto, but you wouldn't get me in a glass lift for a gold clock

I always scream out loud on cable cars! Been on some very, very extremely high cable cars up mountains, over ravines, valleys, wild rivers, up volcanos and I always scream and think we are going to die! I am that scared I frighten everybody else but I can't help it. I really shouldn't do it but each time I convince myself I'll be fine but I'm lying!

Sounds lovely ally.

We ave the sky tower here. I'm not sure how tall it is, but there are glass blocks in the floor so you can see right down. When Sasha was a crawling baby I put her in front of the glass as there is some theory that babies won't crawl over glass as the recognize the height, well not only did she crawl over it, but she sat down for a play for quite a few minutes much to the horror/amusement of other people up there. Yes, she is my little daredevil, I wonder if that was telling....

You can now "abseil" down the side of it. I'm not sure what they call it, but you are in a harness with a wire attached overhead and you jump off the tower. There are cables to the side to keep you steady and stop you hitting the tower. So maybe bunny jumping might be a bit more of an accurate discription.
