- to say that he will be getting the winter fuel allowance.
When he applied last year, he was told he didn't qualify, because of when his birthday falls, so it really was lovely news that the money is already in the bank
It will pay for the logs and also some of the lecky bill, as it's been flippin' cold here - and very wet, which makes everything damp
