Mick really is a diamond

Postby Kaz » 06 Mar 2013, 13:52

......and I'm an idiot  :?

Despite only just getting over this flu I decided I was well enough for a gentle walk uo to Sainsbury's for a few fresh food items..............I was fine on the walk which is the best part of a mile, a bit tired perhaps but once I got inside I started to feel hot and poorly. I went into the cafe to queue for a cuppa thinking that would help but suddenly it was pouring off me in buckets, I felt so faint and my hands went all pins and needles! I had to go outside and sit on a seat, with my head between my legs! Like my knight in shining armour Mick came as soon as I rang him, not only getting the groceries we needed but parking me in the cafe with that cuppa while he got them and then driving us both home............... :)

Feel a bit of a twit for overdoing it   Am going to do as told now and rest properly until I'm fully recovered.................

tut tut tut.......

Just remember; the more you try and do too quickly the longer you'll take to get better. So may as well relax properly and get better quicker :)
