We went for an eye test for Grumpy, so he could have a Portuguese driving licence, as he's 70 in October.
The law now is that, because he's colour blind, he has to go for various test in either Beja or Lisbon
Having paid 55€ for the test - although he was there for 45 minutes
he's now going to try to get an English licence.
But the good news is I have a tax rebate - rather a large one
Depending on how it all works out, we may have to have a flying visit to England - using my tax rebate
