Mick and B are having pasta carbonara, B is cooking it now. I'm going to Zumba so had a salad baguette when I got in, to give me time to digest it :) If I'm hungry when I get home at 8 there is some soup in the fridge :)

Pork loin steaks with brown rice and a tin of rattytooee (?sp :D )

We put one of our home grown chillis in the ratty. By gum, they're hot. Broke out in a sweat afterwards, and that was with just the one chilli!

Has winter come all of a sudden over there?
