


The next day, I rang our insurance guy, told what had happened, sent him photos of my rather nasty looking face





He e-mailed me a claim form, I sent it back, with the explanation.
Also asked if I could go and order some new glasses, as I'm wearing a pair that are about 11 years old



Just received an e-mail, asking me to send him the frame


No answer about the new glasses.
This is the same company who weren't answering their phone, when we broke down on the motorway, for a couple of hours.
Guess what?
