Having a swim shortly then plan to be a lazy toerag for quite a few hours by the pool with my book.

TV tonight...I can't remember the last time I actually just sat and watched something.

A pleasant meal last night - not outstanding, but good. Won't go back in a hurry as it's a good 40 minute drive from here.

Yesterday I found some old photos in a carrier bag; they were taken on holiday in Menton (France) in 1980. I've sent copies to an old friend and he's really pleased, as he doesn't have many from that time in his life. You feel better when you've made an old friend happy, don't you?

Kaz, makes sense to do two classes you enjoy vs one you're not that keen on; enjoy the walk and the time with D
Ton, don't overdo the ironing. Sorry the meal wasn't as good as you were expecting, but always nice to try somewhere new
Crom, that was lovely and I'm sure brought back plenty memories for your friend

Well, usual usual for me again and I'm quite happy about that. Definitely will try get to bed early today to catch up on sleep

Good morning all. It started off dull here and then we had a fair bit of rain and now the sun's shining.

I've been into town first thing, I usually go on Wednesday but the forecast looks awful for tomorrow. It's Tom's day off today, both he and Joe are still in bed. Joe was up earlier though, he got up around 7 but had gone back to bed while I was out.

Bit overcast here, still nice and warm though.

We had a lovely day yesterday, we always enjoy the walk down to the harbour. Stopped at The Arch Bar for coffee and a panini, it's such a lovely view from that side. Did a bit of tidying in the garden when we got back and then relaxed on the patio with a bottle of wine.

Nothing much planned for today, still have to put the new BBQ together, ran out of time and inclination yesterday Might pop out later, we'll see.....

Morning all, it rained steadily all night but thankfully has stopped now. The good news is that our leak seems to be fixed! Steady rain for 10 hours and the bathroom ceiling is bone dry

Miss Osc left the children here quite early this morning and Mr Osc then brought Michael to school while I brought Kellie to her childminder. Miss Osc has a very busy week this week, so we are helping out as much as we can. In a while we are heading out, Mr Osc is playing golf with friends on a course about an hour away while I will have lunch with one of the wives. So I had better go and tidy up the house and make myself look respectable!

Started off sunny but cloudy now, much rain forecast.

Taking Bb to the eye clinic this afternoon, we're not sure if it's just a check-up or they're planning more lasering.
Oddly timed for us, we'll have to leave here by one so an early lunch.
