Good morning.

I'm back from a quick 5km run and it's only 7.30am - all done to avoid the scorchio heat.

I'm having a coffee then a swim.

Will spend the morning juggling activities for my London trip. Jackie and I have so many things to see and do in the two days we are there something's got to give...methinks it might me the theatre. As much as I'd adore to go, the three hours sitting in there is three hours we could be up the Sky garden or shopping in Libertys.

Work 4 - 9 then meeting Don for a few beers and a bite to eat.

My plan for the day is watering - done - coffee, just about to - swim - ironing (still haven't done it ) swim - read - swim - bar - dinner. Well, bbq, as we have to finish off some of the stuff from yesterday.

It's a holiday here, so the bar should be fun later

Well last night I thought I had hay fever, but I think it's a virus as I had a terrible night, and feel dreadful, sick, headachey, legs like jelly It's a day in bed for me, which is annoying as I was getting my hair cut this morning, and will miss pilates tonight

It's fine here, too, - hot with no rain forecast for today, but we're not going far,
as Mrs A can't tolerate temperatures too high.

A quick good morning from me, I'm on the bus to Stafford.

It's warm but gone very grey in the last few minutes. I need to get something for my friend Al's birthday, I'll probably get her a gift card, and something for my Dad for Fathers Day.

Have some washing about to finish, then I'm taking neighbour round to the Coates centre for coffee and a chat with one of the volunteers.
They do a few things for bereaved people, plus things like a widows' friendship club.

Hopefully get my pots done too. It was too hot yesterday, but I'm glad as next door gave me a tray of what I think are cosmos so they can be incorporated a patient gave her two trays but she couldn't remember what they were.

Well I have had the house to myself since getting home from work yesterday! Tom has gone to stay with Amy for a little while until she can manage on her own. I'm not 100% sure why she needs more help now than before (she had her op on Tuesday) because she had one arm in a sling and couldn't do much with it before anyway, but hey ho - maybe he feels it's his fatherly duty Either way it means I get a bit of peace and quiet

I'm off to Aquafit in a minute, then will perhaps call into see my sister who is off on hols on Saturday. I'm in work tomorrow as I was off Monday.....that'll feel weird.

Lovely morning here again and very hot.
Don is getting ready for his cataract op. on Saturday and nursing
a sore bum as he fell last night showing off and trying to get on his
armchair by climbing over the side--don`t ask.
Bought himself elbow crutches in the morning to balance him better
when he walks then tries acrobats at night.
I despair.

Afternoon, changeable weather here, lovely and warm when the sun is out but cool when the clouds come over. Went out this morning, to Michael's school to collect a raffle prize I won last week, then down to the hardware shop at the harbour to get some peat moss for repotting our thyme plants. Kellie walked all of it (well, skipped, hopped and ran in that lovely little child way). She and I then went to the playground while Mr Osc wheeled the buggy carrying the peat moss back home and came back for us, by which time Kellie was ready to get in the buggy to go home. She is having her nap now, I am about to have my lunch and Mr Osc has gone to collect Michael from school. It's all go on a Thursday in this house!
