System change

Not had a phone call from the centro de saude about my bags, so off I go in. No Joaquim (the manager) and no bags in his office :shock: :shock:

Ask at reception and they system has changed. I now have to get a prescription from my doctor and go to the chemist and pay. No one was sure if I'll be paying the full amount and then try and get a refund or if I just pay a percentage at the chemist :evil: :evil: :evil: :cute: :cute:

My doctor isn't in until Friday, so I made an appointment for Friday at 10.30.

Do you think there's a chance that one day they might change the system so that you can get the bags easily - and then stick with it?
