Proper English cheddar cheese at Aldi's earlier and for a very reasonable price - so bought two packets

Can I freeze them? and then just gaze at them every now and then

Freeze em before you eat em all.

Although I must admit when I seen the 'And we found'..and the 'cheese' at first I thought you meant that was the result of the lump in your eye!

Yes you can freeze it, in smaller blocks if you like, or even better grated then you can use it straight from the bag

I do love cheese, I have trouble resisting

I'm happy to eat the cheese here, I love goats and sheeps cheese and the cheese from the Alentejo, where you use a spoon to scoop out the inside Not too keen on the processed stuff we get, but I'll keep an eye out for more cheese next week and buy a load more
