Good morning Ally and all! I haven't been outside yet but it looks damp and misty, and still dark.

I need to pop into town first thing and when I get back, weather depending, I'll take Billy out. Joe's in college this afternoon and John's off to Sunderland until tomorrow night.

Have a good one!

Morning all :)

Have a good day Ally :) You too Jo :)

Well it's a bright sunny morning here :) Just had a nice surprise, a message from my German cousin Jasper (Jassi) saying he'll be at a classic car exhibition in London at the end of the month, and would we like to go, and meet him and his wife there? He and Iris have a business selling Tag Hauer watches and go round the classic car and racing car meetings and exhibitions all over Europe. I've not seen J since we were children so it will be lovely to see him again :D

Off to Zumba shortly, then to see D :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning everyone :D

Kaz, that sounds fantastic - will be so nice for you to all catch up given how long it's been since you last saw each other; wow :o
Ally, enjoy your day doing all the things you do - have fun
Jo, enjoy your day shopping and walking Billy.

Funny you mention it being dark just after 7 Jo ;) - I was looking out into the garden this morning just before I was leaving for work; so would have just after 7 as well and I was thinking quite the opposite, ie that the mornings are definitely getting lighter again; I could see everything in the garden. Now looking forward to the evenings getting a bit lighter as well ;)

I posted on FB this morning - pulling into Surbiton station I happened to look out the window of the train and spotted about 5 daffodils in one of their "flower beds" - well it's a patch of soil really; but the daffs were glowing yellow - so so pretty, but just a tad early I though? The snow drops are out under the trees where I live, but that's normal for this time of year?

But regardless, those five little flowers put a smile on my face; hurry up Spring x

Have a lovely day everyone, stay warm and dry whatever it is you're up to x

Morning everyone

Lovely sunny, but slightly chilly morning. Will be in t-shirts again later ;)

Offto my first yoga class this morning. I had a choice. 121 with Antonia or join the class, so I said I'd try the class. Only in Ourique so not too far to travel.

Ria, our spring flowers are out too - not fully yet, but hoping for another lovely display again.

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning :)
And a beautiful one it is too, sunny and bright and a bit less cold.

Good luck with the yoga Ton, hope you enjoy it.
Meriad it struck me this morning too, I guess because it was brighter too. There are a few odd daffodils out around here too, apparently 'earlies', the rest will all wait a while.
What a nice surprise Kaz, will there be time to see them properly, or are they just working?

Well day one of having a teenager in the house has gone fine :)
His alarm clock didn't go off but he managed to get up nearly on time - will have a look at that, see what he's done!
He has a bit more time here, as we're closer to college than he is at home. He finishes college at 4 but Bb's working beyond there so will pick him up on his way home. At least he can stay inside till then :)
I've had my phone appointment with the hospital and at lunchtime am off to my hairdresser for a snip :D
Hope you all have a good day

Good morning all.

It's a lovely morning here. and I enjoyed my walk to the local shop.

We have the monthly visit of a local church minister this morning, for a little service.
He gives a good sermon. and it's nice to sing a few hymns.

Hope you all have a pleasant day.

Ria, it's usually light here then but I think it was having trouble breaking through the fog this morning! I noticed the other day that it was still light enough at 5pm too so we're definitely heading in the right direction.
It's lovely out there now, quite mild too.
