Cost of living is one of the reasons we're staying

No council tax - of 38€ - for another 2 years, no water charges, lecky is about 12 euros a month, averaging it out over the year, no sewerage. Tv licence had just gone up to 3 euros a year

Cheese is expensive and I think bread is too. English stuff, mega. But I use the local things, where I can and then we have some lovely lovely people we know xx who send over curry powders and other scrummy stuff

But then we only get the lamb and beef on special offers in the local supermarket.
