Morning you two

Ally - how much longer on the abs challenge; Wow is all I'll say
Kaz, enjoy the Zumba and then your lunch with D - have fun

Usual work day for me and meant to be meeting up with friends after work. Some I haven't seen in a while so I really do want to go but I don't think I'll stay out overly long. It's a lovely but nippy morning here; sun is trying to break through the haze.

Have a lovely day all x

Morning everyone

Frost slowly going and it's a lovely, sunny morning - in the sun, blinkin' nippy in the shade

Not sure what we'll be doing today, I have a lot of houseworkery stuff and cooking to do, but the car has developed a leak, so I'd much rather go and find a decent mechanic and get it sorted. Grumpy is doing his normal dithering  :cute: :cute:

Ria, if you«'re still under the weather, just stay for an hour, then head home and take it easy xx

Enjoy your day, whatever you're doing xx

I'm feeling loads better Ton; just struggling with the cough that won't go away. Apparently it just needs to run it's course - can take anything up to three weeks. I do laugh and say tha I must be really really ill because I don't feel like drinking red wine - that's totally unheard of for me. I had some white wine and prosecco over the weekend but didn't really overly enjoy it   I'm going home in the evenings and making myself cups of tea! Me; tea!!!!!!!! :o  :o

I'm glad you are feeling a bit better Ria. That cough sounds like the same sort of bug lots of people have had.

Taking father in law to the hospital for treatment to his eye this afternoon, maybe I may have to make an appointment for the cat at the vet as well, though he hates the vet with a passion.

Have a good day all.

Agree with Cromwell Ria - so many people in the UK have had a lurgy and the cough seems to be the part of it that is really lingering. :(

Hope you get shot of it soon! xx If only to enjoy your wine again!

Re the ab challenge - it's for 30 days. The last day will be 250! :o :o

Morning all, feeling quite a lot better this morning, the sore throat has eased and the soreness has moved to just one spot plus I don't feel so wiped out. However, I am going to be careful not to overdo it today. Mr Osc is going to play golf - it is dull and damp out, but no rain. Waiting to hear if Miss Osc and family have got the house they looked at over the weekend, it would be good if they did, as it is walking distance from here, and although it has disadvantages, it has lots of plusses as well. Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

Bumped into one of the coffee ladies yesterday, she's been coughing for a month now, says she's feeling much better but still didn't look well. This particular virus really seems to be lingering, hope you feel better soon Ria xx

E's feeling a bit better today so we're going to try the walk into town. We always get the bus back so fingers crossed........

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all! It finally stopped raining sometime during the night, we had around 48 hours of rain.

50 minutes done on the cross trainer this morning. Watched some Gavin and Stacey on Netflix while I was on there  I've walked Billy around the village, it'll be far too muddy to enjoy a walk in the woods. We'll probably take him up the Chase tonight as there are some stoney paths which drain quite well around one of the Valleys.

Need to get Joe up now as he's in college this afternoon. He's only got two days of his work experience left in John's office and I think he'll be quite sad to finish it. John was saying last night that a few months training and he'd be a very competent draughtsman.

Osc, glad you're feeling a bit better and fingers crossed for the house!
