Good morning!

Popping into town first thing. Might leave Bill's walk until this afternoon as we're forecast 50+mph winds this morning and we're either walking on high open ground or in woods with very tall old trees

Have a good day all!

Good morning Ally & Jom,
Very windy but blue sky. Some of the wheelie bins have been blown over. Ours is full so the weight is holding it upright.
Some shopping this morning. Hope to go dancing this afternoon.
Have a good day everybody.

Morning all :)

No high winds here today, but loads of snow forecast for tomorrow :? Luckily today is my busy day, my last photo therapy session, then my climb, then zumba tonight :) Becky is coming into town with me as she has to show her passport to the employment agency that found her the job! Proof of her right to work in this country, if you ever did

Have a good day everyone :) x

Good morning everyone.

It's dry, sunny and windy here. We've not much planned for today,
but I've plenty of little jobs I want to do about the apartment.

Take care if you go out.

Berlimey :o

Grumpy out playing with his wood already   I'll get roped in later, to be the laborour when needed - as in" hold that steady while I knock wotsits out of it" and "you should have turned it round before I told you to :cute: :cute: "

otherwise, I'll do a few bits and bobs inside.

Also keeping an eye out for next doors ducks   They're pooping all over our drive and trampling all over the field, so I told them yesterday that enough was enough - they're be on the menu if they come over again ;)

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny today 8-)

We had a lovely walk round the harbour in the sunshine yesterday, never fails to make me happy we moved here :D :D :D

Dentist appointment later this morning, not looking forward to it, I'm having a filling repair. Apparently it won't hurt at all, hmmm we'll see

Hope you all have a good day :D

Kaz, Tom applied for a job at Tesco. Just in the Express down the road for a Sunday shift (it was when he was with M and she didn't like McDonalds taking up all of his weekend) and they wanted to see his birth certificate as at the time his passport was expired and he wasn't driving so had no license. He scanned in the small one and emailed it off with his application only for them to reply and say that they needed to see his full one. I'm pretty sure that not everyone takes up the option of getting the full certificate and just go for the basic when registering a birth, and what different does it make? The place of birth is on both and it's an official document.

Ton, I'll send Billy over. He gets a lot of pleasure out of making birds scatter. The pheasants in the woods are far from impressed though.

I'm going to do some extreme clothes drying today. It's so windy. I got the bus back from town because there was no way I was walking up hill into the wind with three large shopping bags

Billy just wants to play!

Showing your birth certificate / passport to prove you are eligible to work? Sheesh.

MrsC out doing the hunter gathering this morning (at Aldi!) and trying to find her dad when he wanders off. He's like an unguided missile. Like Aggers I've a few jobs to do so I'd better get on with them.

Sunny and very windy here atm.
