I'm just back from an 8km run!

Feeling good so far on what can only be described as a fitness plan for an idiot!

I'm spending a lovely day at home now...bliss.

But very cold
I'm sharing a bug with sons family terrible cough shiver so I'm staying in bed for a whole by for now

A hard frost here too but very sunny. Tonight we are going out to our daughter's in-laws. Not really looking forward to it either, the word is that some of the guests are not exactly riotous fun.

Oh dear Saundra, take care of yourself, that's a nasty bug. Grumpy has gone underwater this morning, he thinks. I might just have to give him a slap, to clear the ears

Just stay for about an hour Cromwell, arrange for a phone call or something, so you have to leave

Grumpy will be finishing off the car port varnishing this morning and then he can work out just how much wood he needs for the next project and we'll order the wood next week

Not sure what I'll be doing - not a lot probably

*Sigh* We are at the departure gate at the airport, 45 minutes to boarding. I woke at 5.30, have a sore throat and a slightly dodgy tummy - so I will hope for a snooze on the plane to arrive feeling better for our few days

Good afternoon all.

It's lovely and sunny here now. Been doing a few odd jobs this morning, and playing about with my new
desk-top computer (with Windows 10) and feeling quite happy, so far. Lots of useful additions to it.

No plans yet for this afternoon.
