Mr Lou is making a Spanish Omelette, with salad for me and chips for himself. I tell him he needs to keep cooking as its good for him to keep moving and its good for me sitting listening to him doing it.

Pork chops, potatoes and sweetcorn here. The potatoes are called apache and are small with red skins...I haven't tried them before but they do look nice.
