The kitchen is a good size, although a bit basic......................it does look isolated on those aerial shots though, although I guess that isn't necessarily a bad thing? Depends on whether the quiet life suits or not!

I actually prefer the first one - two bathrooms vs the one; no need to do much in the way of DIY right away (besides the pool) and less isolated....
