Computing problems?

Postby AliasAggers » 23 Oct 2016, 14:06

I now have a laptop with Window 8.1 and a touch-screen, and my wife has a new Android tablet, and we have had no end of trouble getting to use the darn things. We have, however, found a source of help that has proved invaluable. It is an online contact called The Helpful Book Company. - www.helpfulbooks.co.uk
As well as selling books dealing with problems with all types of computers, tablets, etc., they will also send you, if you wish, weekly emails of useful tips and information, and you don't have to buy any books to get this service. We, only recently, bought a set of six DVDs on "How To Tame your Android Tablet". We have only watched the first one so far, but we are truly amazed at what we have learned already.
If you feel that you need to know more about effectively using your p.c. or tablet, I can thoroughly recommend this company.
Aggers.

Glad you found something which works for you Aggers.

Having just changed my phone I'm going through the pain for setting it up again. Google "claims" they back up and restore your setup and app settings. Something I have yet to experience...
