Morning everyone

Had a sort of lovely sunrise, what could be seen through the clouds Rain forecast for this afternoon.

Off into the mountains to collect wood and to air out a friends place - her handyman hasn't been checking up on the place and it's a bit isolated, so we're off to make sure it's all okay up there. Grumpy will be walking the fields with a sack

Had a lovely skype with the birthday boy yesterday, he showed me most of his presents, told me how old he was - and they're off to the zoo tomorrow as well And he starts pre-school on Tuesday

Hope all the poorly ones are feeling a lot better today and we all have as good a day as possibl xxx

Blue skies after a frost here too Di - seems a shame to be indoors in such lovely weather, but we need a restful day and I'm cooking a roast

He was walking the fields with a sack to collect wood for our fire Kaz All the fields locally have been stripped bare, mostly by the gypsys, so we need to go further afield, as t'were. And our friend has a few fields which were ploughed not so long ago, so bits of twig lying everywhere

Then it started to rain, so we came back with a bootful of wood.
