Only one careful owner (feathered), good decorative order (if you don't look too closely at the discoloured floor tiles in the utility), virtually new central heating system (indeed, they've had to come back and repair it twice since the new boiler was installed last year), small compact garden (we've painted the new wooden fence panel where the boy football fanatic next door broke it, so you won't notice it - hopefully), plentiful parking (thanks to my copious use of "No Parking Or I'll 'Ave You" signs), nice neighbours (I assume, we never speak to each other in this cul-de-sac), a snip at £325K (£100 discount for existing VV forum members).
