Odette will keep me 3 fresh cheeses every week and when I want a cured one, she normally has them
And the veg man had some lovely fresh veg, so that's every Saturday, down the bar for bread rolls, scrummy cheese, fresh veg and a beer or three
The fresh cheese is sort of like before it's been sorted, if you know what I mean. There is one that is slightly saltier than the other, so when we came home, I sliced two fresh cheeses and one cured, added some olives, had a glass of vinho verde, sat in the sun.
