Well it looks pretty murky here, rain promised/threatened LOL and I am seriously debating whether or not to go to zumba as I started a sore throat yesterday, although I feel a bit better this morning So I'll play it by ear, I think Becky is working a long shift 10 til 8, she'll be shattered tonight, it's a long day on your feet. Harry has a college interview today, so some VV vibes would be much appreciated This college (Strodes in Egham) have never taken a pupil from H's school before, but are prepared to make an exception in his case, as he is doing so well, and offered him an interview! So it looks as though he might have options rather than just Brooklands

More cleaning and and a tidy up this morning, ready for our visitors tomorrow.

This afternoon, we're popping into Ourique, so that I can have my 2nd tetanus jab , get a few bits and bobs to male a scrummy breakfast on Thursday and book a table at the Adega for tomorrow night. Must remember to book Luis taxi too

The metal work man is coming about 6.00, to discuss what sort of sign he'll make for us.

Woke up this morning full of the snots and in sneezing/coughing mode We're supposed to be going to the cinema at 2.30 but it all depends on Sky. The text says they'll arrive any time between 10-12 this morning but as we got home yesterday to find not only is the box not working, we now we have no satellite signal Taking into account a 1hr job took them 4.5hrs last Thurs I'm not feeling too confident we'll be going anywhere today Okay I know there's always some teething problems with a new product but!!!!!!!!

Sending tons and tons of vibes for Harry Kaz, fingers crossed for him

Well, I hopefully have the painter at home finishing off the bedroom whilst I'm sitting here at my desk. It'll be nice once it's all done. I'm out for a few hours this evening so it'll be a long evening by the time I get home and try and put some of the stuff back where it needs to be so I can sleep.

Kaz and Jen, hope your respective sore throats and snuffles and sniffles keep at bay - the lurgies definitely are back to doing their rounds

Ally, enjoy the peace and quiet whilst doing the report cards. Not sure I'd fancy having a TV on in the background all day? I love it when it's totally quiet and all you hear is the birds outside and the odd laughter coming from the neighbours
