Postby Ally » 05 Mar 2016, 06:57

Good morning. :D

Tis set to be gorgeous again. 8-)

A power walk for me after my coffee. :D

No mountain yomping for 2 weeks as David's working in France. :geek:

Don bought some fantastic bread yesterday so we'll have some stuffed full of bacon.

Quite fancy a relaxing day so that's on the cards. It could all change of course.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally, enjoy your day, relaxing or otherwise ;) :D

Morning all :) It's raining here again, I expect it will be like yesterday and we'll have three seasons again in one day - we actually got the only sleet I've seen all winter  :cute:  Usual sort of Saturday, so we'll be out later :) Becky is working but not until 3, so she might come out with us.

Have a good day everyone :)

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Lovely morning here, although we're supposed to maybe get some wet stuff later.

Outside work again for us. More bramble cutting down, more painting and then a few beers down at the bar. I've ordered bread rolls for each Saturday, so need to go down and get them

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing and stay safe over there xx

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here at the moment, keeping fingers crossed it stays dry for the drive up to Wilts. The M25 is awful most days, but much worse in the rain.

If we get there in good time we'll pop in to see my aunt and uncle for an hour or so. Tomorrow morning we'll be at the CH for Mothers Day, eldest daughter M is planning to join us and afterwards we're out for dinner with her, SIL and brood. We'll be back home sometime late Monday afternoon.

Really annoyed about our new Sky, the installers were fiddling about trying to get it to work for hours on Thursday and when they finally went all seemed good for the rest of the day. Didn't turn on the box until about 7 last night and no Sky channels at all. It's saying we need to insert the viewing card into the box, well yes it is, so there's obviously a fault with either the new box or the card and until it's looked at nobody knows which. Either way we can't record anything and there are things on over the weekend we'd programmed in. The engineer is now booked in for Tuesday morning, so that's another morning completely wasted!

Hope you all have a good weekend :D

Jen, we had the same thing with our MEO box. So I took the card out, left it for a couple of seconds and then put it back in. Bingo - all working :Hi: :Hi:

Rather a chilly wind out there at the moment, but all the plants now fed and watered :D :D

Morning all, bright and sunny here, probably cold too, but at least it is not raining. Our visitors arrive this afternoon, landing at 3.30pm, so last minute cleaning and baking this morning. Probably won't be around much until after they go on Tuesday, will pop in if I can. These are the friends we met at the Grand Canyon in 2000 and we haven't seen them for four years, so plenty to catch up on. Have a great weekend everyone :)

Morning all, it's sunny with blue skies here at the moment but it was raining up till a few minutes ago, goodness knows what we will have next. No plans here for the day, reading, TV watching and playing on the iPad for me, while poor Mike does laundry, ironing , cleaning and cares for me.
Have a good Saturday whatever you are doing :D
