Good morning. :D

Woken at 6.30 with a choir of birdsong.

Set to be another beautiful day here on the Costa. 8-) 8-)

Coffee then a power walk up the hills and run back down them.

Picking my friend up from the airport - he's been in Majorca for a week visiting family. :D

Homework club 4.30 - 6.30 then meeting Don and the gang for Friday night beers and tapas. :D :D

Have a great day everyone.

:D Morning Ally, walking up then running down sounds the best idea to me 8-) My normal walking rate has gone up from moderate to brisk lately (I timed it) so the zumba is definitely upping my fitness levels :D Have a good day! xxx

Morning all, it's a cold bright one here as it is across most of the country it seems, although we only have frost, not snow! Hope none of you are snowed in, and once again I apologise for saying it was spring, I have clearly jinxed it :cute: ;)

Our weekend starts here, as Mick has the day off again :) It's a lovely day so I'm hoping I can persuade him into a walk, rather than taking the car out ;) Becky is working, she's working all weekend but then her boss has been very good about giving her two days off at short notice for the funeral next week, so she's not complaining.

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning everyone

A few clouds around, but yesterday got to flip-flop wearing weather, so hoping for the same today 8-)

We're popping into Ourique later, library, coffee with Sonia, pick up a few things I forgot in the supermarket, then back home. Grumpy is sorting out the salt marks on the outside walls, they've been sealed, now need the special stuff on them and then tomorrow, he can paint it.

I'll just sit and read, I think

Have a good day everyone and hope the weather clears for you all over there xx

Good morning
The white stuff is coming down. It is sticking on the cars but it is melting when it hits the pavements and roads.
Have walked to get the paper. But not going out again today. Just pottering
Have a good day everybody.

Morning all

an absolutely glorious sunny blue sky morning down this neck of the woods - and apparently meant to stay like that most of the day. Nippy though, I did have to scrape ice again this morning.

Ally, enjoy the walk/run and then the rest of your day and Friday evening tapas
Kaz, hope you and Mick have a lovely day just mooching about - nice to have quality together time
Ton, I'm longing for flip-flop weather but think we'll need to wait until May for that ;-)
Saundra and Cruiser - your weather sounds horrid; definitely stay indoors and dry and warm

sort of usual work day for me but finishing at 12h00 to get to the GP for 1.30 - so a nice half day :). Then off shopping for bits and bobs as I've got friends coming over for dinner tomorrow. So may as well get it all today then I can relax tomorrow and just pootle about cleaning and prepping.

Have a lovely day all xx

Morning all, woke up to a light covering of snow which was washed away quite quickly by rain........so it's just wet and miserable, but supposed to clear. The sea looks angry and grey. Lots to do today for our visitors coming tomorrow. We set up their bedroom last night, we have a truckle bed, where the second bed is stored under the main bed. It's a bit tight but looks fine. They will be our first non-family visitors, so Mr Osc has been having fun adding little touches like bottles of water, tissues and a coffee table book, just for the laugh, as we told them we would put out the red carpet   Have a good day everyone :)
