Very impressed - part 1

I rang our internet provider this morning, as for some reason, they sent me a bill, rather than doing a direct debit.
My Portuguese on the phone is not brilliant, so I asked to speak to an English speaker.
We spent 26 minutes on the phone (sadly, on my bill ) but got everything sorted - and believe me, there was a lot to sort.
I needed them to put the correct address on the bill, which is now being sent by e-mail anyway and other stuff - but a very helpful young man
