A run then home for coffee.

The post office, bakery, bank and card shop need to be visited.

It's going to be another cold crisp sunny day here today I think That means a good walk at some point, although I am a bit tingly today. That happens sometimes, it's due to the arthritis in my neck, I did feel a real twinge during zumba yesterday The only thing to do is ignore it and carry on, but it is a peculiar feeling, like when you've been down on your knees and get pins and needles in your lower legs and feet, except it's all over It will wear off in a day or two, it always does!

Mick has the specialist dentist in Bristol again today, about his gum problems. He's going to talk to him today about the long term prospects with this treatment, as it is costing a LOT of money and has gone on for several years, but they still aren't strong enough for him to have the bridges and caps he badly needs. We are both starting to wonder if he'd be better off with some good dentures D had the same problem, it is hereditary to a large extent, and she needed dentures at around the same age...

Was woken up dead on the dot of 7am, no surprises there then, already planning to hibernate for the whole of next weekend

It's been raining overnight, but the forecast promises a dry day so fingers crossed it brightens up for the boys to have a run along the beach later this morning. Always a good idea to try and wear them out although I have a sneaking suspicion it's us who'll be worn out

I was supposed to be going out with a friend about now but she woke up with a stinking cold so Bb and I are going 'somewhere' instead

Oh enjoy 'somewhere' Di I'm much better thanks, moving around a fair bit helps Just waiting for Mick to get back from the dentist's and I'll be out for my walk - we're expecting a parcel so I don't want to go in case we miss it
