Portugal is in for some really nasty weather - and we're all on yellow alert, with the coast from Lisbon upwards on red

There will be snow, rain and very very high winds oop north and we're "lucky" in that we're just going to get the rain and wind.

Speaking to Jose, in the bar, he's worried about his young lambs, as the wind chill, over the next few days is going to be -3 or more

Both fires will be lit here, I think.

So why can't we get the fuel allowance? Oh yes, we life in a hot country

We are in for a week of frosty nights and daytime temps no higher then 4C, but the wind chill from the 30 - 50kph winds will make it feel below zero the whole time.

It's still been warm during the day, but they're calling it English weather here, as it's been mizzly, dank and unpleasant.

But the wind now - berlimey

And we're on top of a hill

It's noticeably colder here today, frost on the car windscreen - but we have crocuses out!

I presume Jose has lambing sheds, Ton?

Presumably Ossie - but knowing this country - no heating, no insulation

We were watching the new lambs, the other day, and it was lovely to see how they really have so much fun :D :D :D gambolling is the right word :Hi: :Hi:

They are lovely, aren't they Ton :)
My uncle and aunt up in Yorkshire have an enormous field outside their back door. There are often sheep in there, K says it's better than Tv, especially as they can watch while washing up :)
