Morning Ally :D

Morning all :) Well our weekend starts here, as Mick has almost every Friday off from now until April, using up the remnants of his AL :) I expect we'll be going out later :D Becks is working later, only a short 4 hr shift today after her long 10 til 8 on Wednesday! It's dry out at the moment, but there is wind and rain forecast for later...

Have a good day everyone :)

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Rather overcast this morning.

I'm going to try and get everything done today that was supposed to be done yesterday, so I'll be going to Ourique later, to the library, to Finances, Centro de Saude, see Sonia, have a coffee and sort out the car, oh, and the phone shop, to pick up my old phone and ask for instruction on how to do a text on this new one. We've had various friends looking at it and it comes out gobbleygook for them too -

Our for dinner tonight :D :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

I am so glad it's Friday. I was out with a friend last night; we hadn't seen each other in a while, have lots in common and..... well needless to say it was a much much later evening than planned but such fun. But now today - I am tired, very very tired  Ally I need some of your energy

Ton, good luck with all the bits and bobs you need to be doing - sounds like a busy day
Kaz, fab that Mick still has AL to take to give you both those long weekends, enjoy them
Ally, as always, enjoy your beer and tapas

usual work day for me then off to get a cat trap this evening (hoping to catch an unneutered tom cat that's causing shenanigans in the neighbourhood) and then popping past Karl and Nadine's

Have a lovely day all

Morning all :D

Bright and dry again at the moment, but if it turns out like the last two days, by lunchtime we'll have a grey sky and drizzle

Gosh Ton I'm exhausted just reading about your day

No plans for today, intend to be extremely lazy

Hope you all have a good day :D

Just got back from Sutton Coldfield after being chucked out of Boots the Chemists! :D

The fire alarms went off as I was trying to track down a pair of tweezers. I tried dodging them round the aisles, but they tracked me down and herded me out .... - turned out to be a complete evacuation of the entire shopping centre due to an "incident". Luckily there was a bus waiting as we trooped out (probably close on 800 - 1,000 folk, all told, I guess), so I hopped on it fast even though it was not the one that takes me closest to home. Bit of a walk on getting off, but hey ho! Thankfully, I'd done the bank, M&S and Rymans the Stationers, so it wasn't an entirely wasted journey.

Oh well, didn't get half of it sorted.

Carnival time in Ourique for the school children today and I managed to get through town as the last car before they closed everything off

Place was jam packed and had to park a long walk away - but got the phone sorted, got the library sorted and managed to see Sonia, who was dressed as a nun

There was also a big funeral taking place, so that jammed the town up even more.

We'll leave it now until next week - although we'll be seeing Sergio, car mechanic, later, as he spends his evenings in Sonia's bar ;)

Afternoon :)
Dry here right now but it's rained on and off all day so far.

Art this morning (a begonia plant). Got home in time to listen to Bb being a remote satnav for the guy doing some of his work; he had to find a place that's not on real satnav but Bb had been before, it was quite hilarious
Then we went out for lunch, which made a lovely change :)

Hope you're out and about somewhere nice Kaz :)
And meriad...WAKE UP!!! :D 8-)
Ton sounds like a good day to visit Ourique :D
Ossie glad you got most things done :)

We just went into town in the end - it's not the sort of day for being 'out' as such, and in town you can at least dodge the showers  Then we came home and watched Father Brown on the player  We're hoping to get a bit further afield next Friday, weather permitting

Sounds like you are all having good days :)
