A lovely day forecast.

Coffee then day 3 of my daily 5km February challenge.

Found out last night there is a salsa class I can go to!

It's on Tuesdays at 9.30pm and as I finish work at 9.10 it's perfect timing for me to walk there from school - it's by the duck park in our town so I'm going to walk up there later and get some more info.

GBBO and Midsomer Murders are tonight's televisual feasts.

Morning Ally, the salsa class sounds like it might be fun! We do a salsa step during zumba, we do salsa, mambo, rumba, swing - all sorts really. I find the foot work easier than I thought I would, it's the arms I find tricky

Morning all Busyish day for me today - firstly I finally managed to get a new window cleaner!! We've needed one for ages, we've (I've!) been doing them ourselves since we had to let the last one go for being very unreliable I was walking home yesterday and saw one cleaning windows in the next road and asked him to come to us. He called last night and had a chat, he seems reliable and professional so hopefully he'll be ok. He's coming this morning and will give the sills, door frames etc an extra wipe down this first time I'm also probably going out for coffee later with Emma, as we half arranged it on Monday at WW but she said she'd text to confirm and hasn't yet...If she doesn't I might wander up and have a cuppa with D this afternoon, otherwise I'll do that tomorrow. Zumba tonight

Good morning all

A rather nippy start to the day today - had to scrape the ice off the car windscreen. But it's lovely and sunny and blue skies - just perfect. Usual work day for me and then home to GBBO

I used to have a window cleaner Kaz, but now with the cat proofing and the gates locked they wouldn't be able to get into the property unless I'm home so I've stopped it. Thankfully mine are all downstairs windows only anyway so I can do them myself but this time of year it can be a bit cold outside so they don't get cleaned as often as they should

good luck with the salsa enquiries Ally - although how you fit even more exercise into your already busy schedule is quite admirable
Saundra, hope the prescription turns up soon and you have the rest of the day to do something if you want. The months are flying by aren't they

Morning all, it's nice and bright here too. Plenty to do, have to collect Swiss francs from the bank, change the bed, maybe a bit of ironing. Hairdresser this afternoon, so a nice peaceful 1 1/2 hours or so reading my book. Looking forward to GBBO this evening, and we are also re-watching Silk on Netflix, enjoying it all over again. We have a great window cleaner, one of Bb's old insurance customers, regular as clockwork. He can only get to the back if someone's in, but we don't always get that done anyway. He charges half for the back and half for the front and it always seems pricey since it usually only takes a few minutes - he has one of those fancy filter (?) machines, but several of our neighbours have switched to him from others so he must be better

Time to start getting excited Osc
Yesterday's little trip did us both good, we've been stuck here too much but can't be helped.
And I'm wearing my new jeans

Di, bet the jeans look fab and glad you and Bb enjoyed your time out and about. Mick has every Friday off now until the end of March, using up annual leave so we'll be out if the weather isn't too bad
