We cannot sign anything for the house yet, as

a) we have to wait until the buyers for this sign the promissary contract and give us a deposit

because the house is classed as rural, the neighbours, now we have made an offer, have first refusal We met one lady this morning and they won't want it, the people down the bottom of the track won't either, another neighbour is the son of the owner, so he won't and the other one is an elderly Portuguese lady who just has a small plot of land. And she probably won't - well, we hope not

They have to be informed and have 8 days to make an offer, which has to be exactly the same as ours, how much money, time scale and cash buyers.
