We've just signed up with British Gas for a new central heating boiler; the old one is 15 years old, had a good run but beginning to show its age.

Don't ask about the cost, though - an arm and both legs .....

I've just had to put a huge rocket up a company called Prestige Flowers!! They failed to deliver the flowers I ordered for A Rose's birthday on Wednesday

They are still supposedly sorting it, the girl on the phone this morning was obviously useless as she has done bugger all about it! I'm hopefully having better luck with their online helpdesk!!

I raised a complaint with Paypal. they emailed to offer me a £5 off voucher ( ) and to resend the flowers any time I liked! I'm holding out for a refund, bloody cheek! I never forget AR's birthday, always send flowers, and they spoiled it, so no dice!

However, on a much happier note, I just got a text from the HR dept. of Weightwatchers! They want to give me a telephone interview, and asked the best time to call me
