Its no wonder you lose weight when you eat a Weightwatchers ready meal!

Oooh that were lovely.

We went to Torremolinos, walked along the coast and had sardines and salad for lunch.

Oh yum. I wish I'd had that for my dinner.

I had to go check the packaging of my WW chilli con carne ready meal as I thought it might be vegetarian!

Fancy the sardines even more now
They do have their heads on Saundra, but you don't have to eat them

They are teensy Deb - you need to add a ton of veg on the side

Or be like me and have the most humungous bowl of pasta

And eat the lot

But it was very nice, cheese sauce, with onion and presunto

But probably enough for three well, okay two

We are struggling to get the lounge temperature above 18C

Hate to think what it is upstairs - and we have a few more nights of 2 - 3C

Another hot water bottle night, I think

Enjoying a cuppa and my daffs will be in bloom by tomorrow
I like my sardines in a tin with tomato sauce

I like tinned ones too Saundra - preferably without bones

Hate picking them out of tinned ones, but hate them in my mouth, whereas fresh ones are so easy to eat just the flesh
Two different foods really, but I love all fish
