I am back in bed.

Back to work and come home exhausted.

I've even given apologies for adoption panel on Thursday - I can't muster myself to read the papers and the thought of sitting in a small, airless, hot room with 9 other people doesn't seem particularly sensible at the moment!

And it means I only have tomorrow morning at work and I'm finished til 10am next Monday.
