Makes me laugh though, the other gas man in the village (he has a different type of gas, which we can't use) takes the cylinders around - on his scooter If he's going further afield that the villge, he wraps a sack around them - yeah, right, great disguise

F - bad news, no bags

Me - why can't I have the drainable bags? Much easier for me

F - you have a colostomy.

Me - no I don't, I have an ileostomy

F - since when?

Me - since it was done.

F - we have you down as a colostomy

Me . since when was not having a colon a colostomy.

F - ( now muttering under his breath in Portuguese)

F - right - I'll get this sorted. You will have to put up with the colostomy bags for a month or so, but I will get this sorted.

Me - Felipe, I've put up with using colostomy bags for nearly 3 years, a couple more months won't make any difference.

Poor lad, he was sooo upset. He went rushing out of the office, barged into the doc's surgery and had all sorts of bits of paper signed, muito rapido

I will collect some sort of bags tomorrow morning, at 9.00am.
