Suff, have a look at this - http://www.craggy-island.com/ - it's mean to be a fun way of keeping fit if you're into that kind of thing. Also when you're over this part of the world, get a bicycle and depending on where you work and live you could maybe cycle? Guildford is quite flat so good for that kind of thing

Thanks Meri,

I have a 24 speed mountain bike which has seen quite a bit of use, but it's stored away right now.

I'm authorised to get a motorcycle for the travel and have no intention of missing this opportunity.... But I might take the bike too.

2 days away was enough o fix my frozen right shoulder and overstrained right arm. Sadly it was not enough fix my racked back from new year or my sprained left wrist... I'm getting MORE exercise than I really want right now. But I'll look at the link anyway. I'll be joining whatever the local Scottish Country Dance group is so I'll get some exercise there too. Back to the coal face tomorrow...
