I can always remember, in Shepherds Bush Market, many many years ago, the cries and screams of a very small baby, having her ears done

Julia was not allowed to have hers done when she was younger- but she did when she was 18

Um, I'm (18 x 3) + 1 = 55 so just about old enough I think

I don't approve of small children having piercings either Different issue surely

Tried contact lenses and gave them up I'm obviously a wimp

But Julia has some lovely ear-rings

Big, fat black clouds

Have brought everything in, as the thunderstorm is supposed to happen overnight.

Speaking to our local friends, they can't remember this happening before - and it really feels cold Think Vic is having something similar

The weather in much of Europe is really odd this year - I still can't get my head around our week in the cold and rain in Corfu!
